Customer Service is where it all started. I fell in love with being able to keep people happy and having the joy of talking to different people every day, listening to each of their needs. After working as a CSR, I jumped into the dispatching side of the HVAC world. This is what I was made to do! I get to enjoy the excitement of both on a first hand basis. In the HVAC industry I get to enjoy providing customer service and the opportunity to work with service technicians to help maintain 100% customer satisfaction! 

 

I never gave up dispatching completely, or my customer service gig. However, I wanted to grow in the companies I worked for. So, I began taking every opportunity to learn more from all aspects. Eventually, I was told I maxed out in pay grade and position. I was at the top of my game and wasn't ready to be done yet. I knew I had more to offer. My husband was an HVAC technician. So, I started to convince him it was time we branched out on our own and open CMB Mechanical Heating & Air. A place with no limits and nothing holding me back. 

 

Here at CMB Mechanical Heating & Air, I get to wear many different “hats”. I love being able to offer each one of my customers a helping hand with all their heating/cooling needs from residential sales, service and maintenance, to commercial installations, service, sales and routine maintenance plans. I never know what each new day will bring me in the world of air conditioning and heating but the one thing I can count on every day is getting the opportunity to work in a career that I love, being your HVAC GO TO GIRL! You can always count on me to help with all of your comfort needs.
